Junior Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Product Listing

•           Upload and update daily product listings on the website and digital platforms

•           Ensure accurate product details including fabric type, pricing, descriptions, and images

•           Maintain consistency with brand aesthetics and presentation

2. AI Visualization Overview

•           Review AI-generated product visuals for quality, clarity, and brand alignment

•           Coordinate necessary edits or corrections

•           Ensure AI visuals accurately represent the actual fabric and product details

3. PGF Insider Content Creation

•           Create content for PGF Insider, including product highlights, new arrivals, and behind-the-scenes insights

•           Support storytelling for collections, trends, and fabric showcases

•           Work closely with the marketing and design teams for cohesive content

4. Stock Management

•           Monitor and update stock availability regularly

•           Coordinate with internal teams for inventory accuracy

•           Track fast-moving and low-stock items and report updates

5. Celebrity Look & Evergreen Collection Maintenance

•           Maintain and update Celebrity Look collections with proper tagging and references

•           Curate and refresh Evergreen Collections based on demand and seasonality

•           Ensure collections are visually organized and up to date

Required Skills & Qualifications

             •           Basic knowledge of fabrics, fashion, and styling

             •           Experience with product listing, MS Excel, Shopify

             •           Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

             •           Content writing and creative thinking ability

             •           Comfort with AI tools and digital platforms

             •           Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

             •           Experience in fashion retail, fabric brands, or e-commerce

             •           Understanding of social media and digital content trends

             •           Familiarity with inventory or stock management systems
