KYC Executive

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday, Sunday

Role Overview:

We are looking for a fresher graduate to join us as an Apprentice Trainee. The candidate will support the KYC verification and documentation process. Basic Excel knowledge and good coordination skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as per company guidelines

Check and verify customer documents for accuracy and completeness

Maintain proper documentation and records

Update data in Excel sheets and internal systems

Coordinate with internal teams for document follow-ups

Ensure compliance with banking rules and procedures

Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Prepare basic daily reports in Excel

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (Any stream)

Fresher candidates can apply

Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, filtering)

Good communication skills

Attention to detail

Team coordination skills

Willing to learn and grow
