Job Title: Field KYC Acquisition Executive

Department: Client Acquisition & Business Development

Reporting To: Branch Manager – Investment Solutions Hub (Angel One Master Franchise)

Role Objective

Field me jaakar new KYC lana, Demat account open karwana, client onboarding complete karna, referral network build karna, aur Investment Solutions Hub + Master Franchise ka business daily basis par scale karna.

Key Responsibilities1. KYC Acquisition & Compliance

• New clients ka KYC doorstep par complete karna.
• Documents verify karna, IPV karwana, aur sahi format me KYC file prepare karna.
• Angel One compliance ke hisaab se 100% accurate KYC closure.
• Pending KYC ko daily follow-up karke TAT ke andar close karna.

2. Field Lead Generation & Conversion

• Market visits, residential societies, corporates, and retail clusters me jaakar fresh leads generate karna.
• Clients ko Demat + Trading benefits explain karna.
• Investment Solutions Hub ki service model present karna.
• Daily KYC, activation, brokerage, SIP, insurance targets drive karna.

3. Referral Program Development (Client-to-Client)

• Har onboarded client ko referral program explain karna.
• Client se client network build karna to increase daily KYC pipeline.
• Referral-based conversions ko fast-track karna.
• Existing clients ko motivate karna ki wo apne family, friends, office colleagues ko refer karein.
• Referral chain ko consistently grow karna to achieve 5 KYC per day target.

4. Revenue-Linked Delivery

• KYC ke baad account activation aur first trade ensure karna.
• Brokerage volume grow karna, SIP activate karwana, aur trading frequency increase karna.

5. Client Relationship & Documentation

• Angel One app ka quick walkthrough dena.
• Login support, onboarding support aur basic trading guidance provide karna.
• Daily field reports, lead logs, CRM updates maintain karna.
• Office ko documents time se submit karna.

6. Market Outreach & Branding

• Field me Investment Solutions Hub ka strong professional presence maintain karna.
• Societies, corporate parks, retail clusters me awareness campaigns support karna.
• Micro-events, stalls, local promotional drives me participate karna.
