Labor Relations Specialist India

1. Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws such as CLRA (Contract Labor Regulation and Abolition Act), EPF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with wage payments, attendance registers, muster rolls, and overtime records.
  • Verify licenses and permits for contractors and vendors.
 2. Contract Management
  • Review and analyze contracts to identify compliance risks and discrepancies.
  • Implement monitoring systems for contractual obligations, including timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct internal audits and prepare compliance reports for management.
 3. Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain statutory registers (attendance, wages, overtime) and ensure timely submission of compliance reports.
  • Prepare MIS reports on manpower, overtime, wages, and contract renewal status.
  • Document findings and recommendations for compliance improvements.
  • Provide training to contractors and internal teams on compliance requirements.
