Labour Helper/Mazdoor

जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• FRP कोटिंग, लेमिनेशन और बेसिक फाइबर वर्क में सहायता करना।
• कास्टिंग का काम, जैसे मोल्ड तैयार करना, मिक्सिंग करना और पार्ट निकालना।
• सैंडिंग, ग्राइंडिंग और फिनिशिंग का काम करना।
• पेंटर की मदद करना—प्राइमर, मास्किंग, पार्ट तैयारी, टूल्स हैंडलिंग आदि में।
• वर्कस्पेस, मोल्ड्स और टूल्स की सफाई और देखभाल करना।
• केमिकल्स, रेज़िन और मशीनों के साथ काम करते समय सेफ़्टी नियमों का पालन करना.
• मटेरियल लोडिंग/अनलोडिंग और प्रोडक्शन टीम को ज़रूरत के हिसाब से सपोर्ट देना।

योग्यता:

• FRP, सैंडिंग या पेंटिंग का बेसिक ज्ञान (प्रेफर)।
• सीखने की इच्छा और मेहनती स्वभाव।
• शारीरिक रूप से फिट और मैन्युअल काम करने में सक्षम।

निर्देशों का पालन करने वाला, ज़िम्मेदार और समय का पाबंद।

Responsibilities:

• Assist in FRP coating, lamination, and basic fiberglass work.
• Perform casting tasks such as mold preparation, material mixing, and part removal.
• Handle sanding, grinding, and finishing processes.
• Support the painter with primer application, masking, part preparation, and tool handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the workspace, molds, and tools.
• Follow all safety rules while working with chemicals, resins, and machines.
• Assist with material loading/unloading and provide support to the production team as required.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of FRP, sanding, or painting (preferred).
• Willingness to learn and hardworking attitude.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions on time.
