Position: Land Surveyor

Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team for a Greenfield Project in Gwalior. The candidate should have strong skills in land measurement, site surveying, and preparing accurate survey reports.

• Key Responsibilities Conduct land and site surveys using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.
• Measure distances, angles, levels, and elevations accurately.
• Prepare and maintain detailed survey maps, reports, and layout drawings.
• Execute survey work for Greenfield project areas including boundary marking, topographic surveys, and plot demarcation.
• Coordinate layout marking as per design and ensure high accuracy.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers.
• Verify survey data and ensure precision in documentation.
• Maintain and calibrate survey equipment and follow safety standards.
• Required Experience Proven experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in Greenfield projects.
• Strong knowledge of surveying tools and modern techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Qualifications Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Surveying (preferred).
• Practical field experience is mandatory.
