Last Mile Area Manager

Team Size: 8–10 Team Leaders

1)     Team Management & Monthly Targets

You will manage a team of 8–10 team leaders within your assigned zones.

Each team leader must maintain 50 active riders every month or generate a minimum rider revenue of 10 lakhs from their fleet.

You must ensure continuous monitoring, guidance, and support to help team leaders achieve these monthly targets.

2)     Daily Operational Monitoring

Coordinate with team leaders daily to monitor ground-level operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.

Track and recover negative COD amounts by closely working with team leaders and ensuring riders submit pending dues promptly.

3)     COD Handling & Compliance

Ensure team leaders regularly push riders to deposit their COD amount on the same day at the allotted store.

Maintain daily follow-ups with team leaders, ensuring strict COD compliance across all riders.

4)     Store Audits & Reporting

Conduct random audit visits to any Flipkart store at least once a week.

Meet the store manager during each audit to discuss current hiring status and review Team Leader performance reports.

Share a detailed feedback report of each visit via email on the same day.

5)     Rider ID Creation & Issue Resolution

Handle daily rider ID creation for Flipkart riders as per requirements.

Manage ID-related issues by coordinating with the Flipkart support team via discussion/email and ensure all concerns are resolved promptly.
