🔹 Position: Backend Executive / Lead Generation Executive

🔹 Department: Loan Processing (Backend & Chat Process)

🔹 Location: Delhi – Dwarka Mor

🔹 Job Type: Full-Time

🔹 Experience: 1–2 years preferred (Freshers with good communication & computer skills can apply)

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Backend processing of loan application files

✅ Data entry and accurate documentation of customer details

✅ Uploading & updating cases on CRM / bank portals

✅ Handling customer queries via WhatsApp (chat & follow-ups)

✅ Telecalling for follow-ups and basic loan explanation

✅ Coordination with sales & support teams for document collection

🎯 Requirements:

🔸 Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email & PDF tools

🔸 Good typing speed with attention to detail

🔸 Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)

🔸 Comfortable with WhatsApp chat & telecalling
