Lead Generation Executive

Responsibilities:

1 Make outbound calls to verify and validate customer details from incoming leads.  

2 Ensure accuracy and completeness of lead data in the system.

3 Update and maintain lead records in the CRM database.

4 Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and follow-up actions.  

5 Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

6 Maintain call logs, reports, and feedback for process improvement.

7 Meet daily/weekly call and verification targets.

8 Escalate invalid or incomplete leads to the concerned department.
