Job Description

Pizeonfly is looking for a proactive Lead Generation Executive to generate and qualify business leads for our digital services including Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, and Graphic Design. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and passing qualified leads to the business team for conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for web development, SEO, Google Ads, and graphic design services
• Identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and online research
• Understand basic client requirements and budget expectations
• Qualify leads and share accurate details with the business team
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel sheets
• Follow up with interested prospects when required
• Work closely with marketing and account teams to improve lead quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Basic understanding of digital services (training will be provided)
• Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, internet tools)

• Experience in a digital marketing or IT services company
• Knowledge of lead generation tools or CRM software
