 ⏰ Shift: 10am - 7pm

 💼 Experience: Fresher to 1 year experience

 💰 Salary: 13k-20k (Depends on the interview) + Incentives

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Education Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting students and their families in understanding and applying for education loans, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing end-to-end loan processing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide and counsel students and parents on education loan products, eligibility, interest rates, repayment options, etc.

Understand the financial background of applicants and assess their loan eligibility.

Collect and verify all necessary documentation (KYC, admission letters, fee structure, co-borrower details, etc.).

Maintain regular follow-up with applicants for updates or pending documents.

Ensure all applications comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of all loan applications, disbursements, and customer interactions.

Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and webinars to promote education loan offerings.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication in English (verbal & written)

Strong persuasion and follow-up skills

Basic computer & CRM proficiency
