Job Description
Responsibility
- Generate leads for secured (Home Loan, LAP) and unsecured loans (Business Loan/ OD /CC Limit).
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Check eligibility (income, credit score, documents).
- Assist customers with documentation and application process.
- Coordinate with credit & operations teams for approval and disbursement.
- Maintain follow-ups and ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
