Loan Executive

Job Title: Loan Sales ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-driven Loan Sales Executive to promote and sell loan products to potential customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, assisting customers through the application process, and achieving sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential customers for loan products
• Promote various loan offerings such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, or vehicle loans
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly
• Assist customers with loan application documentation and submission
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and banking partners to ensure smooth loan processing
• Follow up with customers to close leads and ensure timely disbursement
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Requirements & Qualification 12th pass/degree or equivalent (preferred)
• Proven experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services (freshers may apply if allowed)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of financial products and lending processes
