Loan Executive

Job Description:

A Loan Executive is responsible for generating loan leads, assisting customers with loan applications, and ensuring smooth processing and disbursement of loans while following company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for various loan products (personal, home, vehicle, business loans, etc.)

Explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to customers

Collect and verify required customer documents

Assist customers in completing loan application forms

Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams

Follow up with customers for approvals and disbursements

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms

Maintain customer records and prepare sales/loan reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (preferred) or minimum 12th pass

Experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services (preferred)

Good communication and convincing skills

Customer-focused and target-oriented approach

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, loan software)

Experience:

0–3 years of experience in loan sales or financial services
