Loan Executive

Role Overview

As a Loan Officer/Executive , you will help the company decide whether a customer should get a personal loan. You will review loan applications, check financial details, and ensure every decision follows company rules and risk guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review personal loan applications and verify customer information.
• Check income documents, bank statements, and credit reports.
• Assess customer eligibility based on defined lending guidelines.
• Identify possible risks in loan applications and escalate when required.
• Suggest suitable loan amounts and repayment terms as per company policy.
• Take decisions on loan approvals, rejections, or changes in loan terms.
• Maintain proper records and prepare basic reports on loan performance.
• Follow company policies, industry rules, and best practices.
• Support improvements in underwriting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Who You Are

• A recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in credit or lending roles.
• Graduate in any relevant field such as commerce, finance, economics, or business.
• Basic understanding of secured and unsecured loans is a plus.
• Comfortable using Excel and operating a computer.
• Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and able to make logical decisions.

Work Location & Mode

• Location: South Delhi (near Nehru Place)
• Work Mode: On-site role (Work from Office)
• Preference: Candidates residing nearby or with an easy commute to the location will be given priority
