Loan Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Loan Executive (Telesales) to promote and sell loan products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining loan offerings, and closing sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan products (personal loan, home loan, business loan, etc.).
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
• Collect customer details and required documents over calls.
• Follow up with customers to complete the loan process.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for approvals and disbursement.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
