Loan Manager

We are looking for the Loan Sales Manager which is responsible for overseeing the sales and business development activities related to the company’s loan products (personal loan or business loan). This role involves developing sales strategies, managing a team of loan officers or sales representatives, meeting revenue and loan volume targets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Set weekly and monthly sales targets for the loan sales team. Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Maintain a database of key clients and prospects. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards to senior management. Portfolio quality (default rates, NPA levels). Team performance metrics
