Job Description
Oversee day-to-day loan processing, underwriting, approval, and disbursement activities.
Ensure timely review of loan applications and credit assessments
Monitor loan portfolio performance, including delinquency, risk, and profitability metrics
Supervise, train, and evaluate loan officers, credit analysts, and support team
Set performance targets and ensure high customer service standards
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Resolve escalated client issues related to loan products or approvals
Promote available lending products to prospective and existing customers
