Job Description: Loan Officer📍 Location: D-120/121, Okhla Industrial Area Phase 1, New Delhi – 110020

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers and explain various loan products.
• Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable loan options.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications and required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approval.
• Maintain accuracy in documentation, customer data, and follow-up records.
• Achieve monthly loan conversion and target numbers.
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills

• :Good communication & convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of sales/loan/finance (preferred, not mandatory)
• Ability to work under targets
• Strong customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)

Eligibility

• :Fresher or up to 6 months of experience
• Any graduate/12th pass may apply
