• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options
• Handle the complete loan process from lead generation to disbursement
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to close deals efficiently
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth processing
• 🧠 RequirementsMinimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in loan sales / BFSI sector
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of financial products and loan procedures
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
• Graduate preferred (12th pass with experience can also apply)
