Job Description
- Manage and lead the sales team, ensuring productivity and performance
- Must have strong experience in loan/overdraft telesales operations
- Handle clients and oversee leads generated by the team
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients regarding cases and documentation
- Guide clients through processes and provide regular status updates
- Resolve customer queries and issues related to products and services
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and improving conversions
- Monitor daily activities, performance metrics, and team output
- Provide training, motivation, and guidance to team members
- Must have hands-on experience in both team handling and cold calling
