Job Role :

• Responsible for processing and underwriting of LAP cases as per credit policy 
• Ensure adherence to credit policy and defined processes and imparting training to Credit Processing Team/ Team Management.
• Maintaining defined TATs for approval and TAT / Performance Management of processing Team
• Imparting induction and continuous training programs for credit  team and MIS management
• To ensure audit compliance and regulatory compliance
• Monitoring of Delinquencies

Job Requirements :

• CA /  MBA (Finance)
• Experience of minimum 5 years in relevant role.
• Good analytical skills and understanding of Commercial Vehicle market
• Good inter personal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Team handling skill
