We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive – Lubricants & Grease to drive sales growth by developing dealer networks, expanding market presence, and managing customer relationships across automotive sector. The role focuses on achieving sales targets & market development.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Generate business by appoint distributors, dealers, and retailers through field visit.
• Promote lubricant and grease products.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market visits, product demonstrations, and mechanic meets.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and schemes.
• Ensure product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with logistics and accounts for order processing and payments.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer data.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Required Skills & Qualifications 12th and more.
• Experience in lubricant, oil, grease sales only.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and reporting
• Valid two-wheeler / four-wheeler driving license.
