Maintenance Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are clean and safe
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required
• Follow safety guidelines, codes, and company procedures
• Assist with installation of new equipment or facility upgrades
• Support general facility upkeep, including lighting, doors, flooring, and fixtures
