Job Description:

Sat Kartar Shopping Ltd., located in Connaught Place (CP), New Delhi, is seeking a dynamic 

and driven Management Trainee to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for 

fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who are eager to kickstart or 

restart their careers in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have 

excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and a strong willingness to learn and 

take on new challenges, and will be closely working with our Digital Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, SEM, social 

media, email marketing, etc.)

 Support the team in content creation and copywriting for digital platforms

 Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta 

Ads Manager

 Research market trends and competitor strategies to suggest optimizations

 Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency

 Manage social media accounts and engage with online audiences

 Help in building and maintaining paid ad campaigns across platforms

 Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practice

Key Requirements:

 B. Tech Graduate preferred

 Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

 Confident personality with a strong desire to learn and grow

 Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and concepts

 Familiarity with platforms like PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools is a plus

 Proficiency in MS Office and basic Excel skills

 Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or any relevant field

 Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks

 Immediate availability preferred
