Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across assigned departments.
• Support basic digital marketing initiatives, including social media coordination, online campaign tracking, and market research, as required.
• Participate in structured training modules covering functional, technical, and soft skills.
• Assist senior management in analysis, planning, and process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and deliver presentations as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Learn and comply with company policies, procedures, and business strategies.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements 

• Education: B.Tech / MBA Graduate (Freshers preferred).
• Experience: 0–1 year.
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts (such as social media marketing, SEO, online campaigns, or analytics); candidates who have completed a Digital Marketing course or certification will be preferred.
• Strong personality with a confident and professional presence.
• Energetic, proactive, and a quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
