Information Technology Manager

Manager - Information Technology - Noida - Sector 62

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day production support activities.
• Work on enhancements, change requests, and new development.
• Analyse issues and provide timely resolution.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure smooth functioning of existing processes / BOTs / applications.
• Prepare documentation such as FSD, BRD, SOP, and RCA.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and release activities.
• Monitor system performance and ensure stability.
• Support audit, compliance, and security requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT / RPA / Automation / Application Support / Development.
• Strong understanding of production support and incident management.
• Experience in handling change requests and enhancements.
• Knowledge of tools such as UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Power Automate / SQL / Excel / APIs (modify as needed).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking / Financial Services / IT Operations.
• Experience in BOT support / RPA support / Application support.
• Knowledge of Azure / Windows / Server / Email / MFA / API integration (optional).
• Experience in vendor coordination.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / computer science / IT / Equivalent.
