Job Description

Job Purpose- Generating revenue through sale of Real Estate Projects

 

Key Job Responsibilities


1. Developing relationship with sales team of the respective developer

2. Designing circulars and sharing regular updates with Rms about upcoming projects.

3. Organising site visits of prospective buyers

4. Build relationship with internal channels for enhancing sales.

5. Follow up with the potential customers for arranging their visit to the Experience Centre / Site visits and providing end to end solutions.

6. Organizing regular training’s of RM’s regarding focused project

7. Designing attractive circulars and getting it circulated on regular basis.

8. Designing attractive incentive plan for RM’s & other stake holders

9. Competition analysis including tracking of new launches by the competitors in the Luxury segment and workout appropriate strategies to tackle competition.



Job requirements


  • Must be a team player.
  • Should possess influencing & negotiating skills with an analytical framework in place.
  • MS Office 
  • Good Experience in Client Servicing
  • Knowledge of Real Estate sector will be an added advantage
  • Self-motivated, Positive attitude, Ambitious & Result oriented approach as essential attributes.
  • Personal Conveyance is a must

 

Education-  Graduate / Preferably MBA


 

Experience- Min 2 to 3 years of Experience in BFSI with excellent track record
