Manager - Tender Management (Business Development)

Responsible for end-to-end management of government and PSU tenders related to mining logistics, coal transportation, and bulk material movement through GeM portal, CPP portal, and State/Central Government e-procurement portals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and evaluate tenders on GeM & government portals
2. Prepare & submit technical and commercial bids
3. Costing, BOQ preparation & pricing strategy
4. Manage EMD, BGs, LOA/LOI, and contract documentation
5. Handle pre-bid & post-bid activities
6. Coordinate with operations, finance & legal teams
