Manager – Warehouse & Supply Chain

     

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Overview
This role manages end‑to‑end warehouse and 3PL operations, ensuring product availability, strong service levels, compliance, and cost‑efficient supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & 3PL Management

• Oversee operations at company warehouses and 3PL sites, ensuring full SOP & regulation compliance (Finance, QA, RA, EHS).
• Conduct periodic site visits, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in dispatch TAT and operational efficiency.
• Lead efficiency and cost optimization from time to time.

Audit & Compliance

• Represent warehouse operations during internal/external audits, ensuring zero critical/ major findings.
• Manage documentation, CAPA closures, regulatory reporting, and statutory submissions.

Inventory & Order Management

• Maintain inventory health (DOH targets), drive monthly/quarterly stock counts, and execute stock corrections.
• Support new product launches through SAP setup, import coordination, and timely distribution.
• Achieve >95% OTIF and support sales teams with order, consignment, and claim‑related needs.

Vendor & Freight Management

• Lead vendor onboarding, SLA renewals, and contract execution with Legal and QA.
• Optimize freight cost and maintain defined freight‑to‑sales benchmarks.
• Engage with carriers, packaging suppliers, and warehouse partners for smooth operations.

Reporting & Training

• Automate and publish key reports (Open Orders, VIPER, FOC, Expiry, Inventory).
• Deliver periodic training and ensure timely completion of all internal learning requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics (MBA preferred)
• 8-10+ years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations experience
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma/medical devices/FMCG) preferred
