Job Title: Mandi Sales Supervisor

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Mandi Sales Supervisor who will be responsible for identifying new sales locations in sabji mandi and other nearby markets, recruiting mandi sales staff, and supervising daily sales operations. The supervisor will not directly sell products but will manage the team and ensure smooth sales & reporting.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Foremost Key Role

Identify Sales Locations

Identify high-potential sales points in sabji mandi.

Explore additional sales locations outside mandi (nearby wholesale markets, retail clusters, etc.).

Conduct local market survey and competitor analysis.

Suggest expansion opportunities to owner.

Recruitment of Mandi Sales Staff

Hire and onboard mandi sales executives.

Train new staff on product knowledge and billing process.

Ensure proper manpower availability at all locations.

🔹 Team Supervision

Supervise mandi sales staff working under him.

Ensure all sales executives reach location on time.

Monitor stall setup and product display.

Maintain discipline and performance standards.

🔹 Daily Sales Monitoring

Collect daily sales update from each sales staff.

Verify billing records and total sales amount.

Maintain consolidated daily sales report.

Share daily sales & collection report with owner

🔹 Billing & Collection Oversight

Cross-check billing entries.

Ensure proper cash / UPI collection by sales staff.

Verify daily stock and sales reconciliation.

🔹 Operations & Stock Monitoring

Monitor stock availability at all sales points.

Inform management about low stock or operational issues.

Handle on-ground problems in mandi.

Eligibility Criteria

2–6 years experience in mandi operations / FMCG sales / team handling.

Experience in local hiring & field recruitment preferred.

Strong leadership & reporting skills.

Comfortable with early morning shift.

Basic knowledge of Excel & reporting.
