Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Execution:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

• Support promotions, launches, activations, and on-ground marketing activities

• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure consistency in communication

Mall & On-Ground Coordination:

• Coordinate with malls, property management teams, and on-ground partners for promotions, kiosks, branding, and events

• Handle mall management coordination including permissions, documentation, branding guidelines, and timelines

• Ensure timely execution of approved marketing activities

Digital & Social Media Support:

• Support social media content coordination and engagement

• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams for creatives and content

• Assist in executing digital marketing initiatives

Vendor & Partner Coordination:

• Coordinate with designers, agencies, vendors, and promotional partners

• Ensure quality, timelines, and execution standards are met

Reporting & Research:

• Track marketing performance and prepare basic reports

• Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing decisions

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

• Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

• Willingness to handle on-ground and operational marketing work

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, or Google Sheets

• Interest in branding, retail, or consumer-focused businesses

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skill set)
