📌 Job Title - Management Intern – Brand Strategy, Marketing & Growth

📍 Role Type - 3-Month Internship (Probation Period)

🧠 Role Overview

We are looking for high-potential management interns who want hands-on exposure in brand strategy, marketing execution, growth planning, and content direction.

This is not a passive internship. You will work closely with leadership on real business decisions, campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.

High performers will be considered for a long-term role post probation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in brand strategy & positioning
• Plan and execute marketing and growth initiatives
• Coordinate content ideas, calendars, and campaign flow
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
• Support performance tracking, reporting, and optimisation
• Work across teams to ensure brand consistency and execution

🎓 Eligibility-

• MBA / PGDM students or recent postgraduates (Marketing, Strategy, Business preferred)
• Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
• High ownership mindset and willingness to learn
• Comfortable with fast-paced, evolving environments

💰 Compensation & Growth

• Internship Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on capability & contribution)
• Performance-based incentives during internship
• Post-probation earning potential:
• 👉 ₹40,000+ per month (Fixed + Incentives)
• Long-term growth opportunity based on performance
