Marketing Counsellor

Role Overview

hiring a Marketing Counselor responsible for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings and managing end-to-end guest communication.

This is a performance-oriented role requiring strong communication, persuasion skills, and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle all incoming leads from website, Airbnb, WhatsApp & calls

Convert inquiries into confirmed villa bookings

- Explain pricing, villa features, and upsell premium offerings

- Assist guests with directions, check-in & check-out instructions

- Coordinate guest arrivals and departures with on-ground team

- Ensure smooth guest movement and timely communication

- Maintain CRM / booking records

- Follow up with potential leads

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in sales / hospitality / customer handling (preferred)

Excellent communication & convincing skills

Confident on phone calls and client negotiations

Organized and detail-oriented

Ability to multitask and coordinate operations

Compensation

Fixed Salary- 15-20k
