Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of digital channels, analytics, conversion optimization, and understands both ethical (white-hat) and unethical (black-hat) marketing techniques for risk prevention and platform compliance.


Key Responsibilities


Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across:

• Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads

• Develop and manage lead generation funnels

• Social media platforms

• Manage marketing budgets and maximise ROI

• Create and optimise landing pages for conversions

• Paid lead campaigns

• Organic lead growth

• Retargeting and remarketing

• Track, analyse, and improve lead quality and cost per lead (CPL)

• Use CRM tools to manage and nurture leads


Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates

• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and emails

• Prepare performance reports and insights


Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

• 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or lead generation

• Strong knowledge of:

• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Lead Generation & Black Head

• SEO and SEM

• Google Analytics and tracking tools

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools

• Strong analytical and communication skills



Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-volume lead generation campaigns

• Knowledge of funnel building and conversion optimisation

• Ability to detect fraudulent or low-quality leads

• Understanding of advertising policies and compliance rules
