Marketing Executive

Job Profile: Operations Executive cum Telecaller

Job Location: Batra Hospital (Sangam Vihar)

Reports to: Marketing Head

Experience Required: Minimum 1 years

PayScale: 20k to 25k per month (Negotiable)

Working Days & Timing: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients (who are looking for Homecare).
• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and existing patients to promote healthcare services.
• Answer incoming calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information about treatments, doctors, and facilities.
• Work half-day at Head Office and half-day at Batra Hospital; visit other hospitals when required for service coordination.
• Assist in patient registration, billing queries, and service coordination when needed.
• Handle patient feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals.
• Promote Caroline Healthcare services (e.g., diagnostics, ICU set-up, GDA, Nursing staff, health checkups etc)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and healthcare providers.
• Keep an eye on patients’ requirements, pricing, and strategies.
• Supporting the company’s growth through effective Business development, marketing activities, and patient’s service

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Diploma or Graduate (Preferred in Healthcare, Nursing, or Business Administration).
• Prior experience as a telecaller, telesales, or customer support executive (Healthcare experience preferred).
