Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and exhibitions.
  • Explain pricing to clients clearly.
  • Maintain a database of customers and update CRM records regularly.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Coordinate with the production team for order processing and customer follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Prepare daily call reports and sales reports.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette and customer handling ability.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under sales pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
