The ideal candidate should be skilled in clearly explaining academic programs, career benefits, and learning outcomes, while positively influencing prospective students to make informed enrollment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote online education programs and MBA courses through direct, in-person counseling
• Explain course structure, eligibility, duration, fees, and career opportunities clearly
• Influence prospective students by understanding their educational goals and addressing queries
• Guide students through the enrollment and admission process
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students and working professionals
• Represent the institution professionally at seminars, campuses, and public outreach locations
• Develop and manage corporate tie-ups to expand program awareness and partnerships
• Organize and participate in education fairs, promotional events, and outreach activities
• Collect feedback from prospects and share insights with the admissions or marketing team
