Job Title: Hardcore Marketing Executive (Outdoor & Offline) - Online Newspaper 

We are a dynamic start-up in the online media space, launching an innovative digital newspaper. We're looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Professional to join our core team and drive our space (advertising) sales with own conveyance.

About the Role:

This is a ground-floor opportunity for a marketer who thrives on interaction and excels in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for promoting our online newspaper and selling advertising space to clients, directly contributing to our growth from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• We are NOT looking for Digital Marketing person this job is completely outdoor and offline marketing.

• Promote our online newspaper and sell advertising space to new and existing clients.

• Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships through meetings and presentations.

• Meet and exceed weekly sales targets and publication deadlines.

• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to expand our client base.

Who We Are Looking For (The Must-Haves):

• A fresher or professional with up to 5 years of experience in marketing/sales.

• A true extrovert who loves meeting new people and building networks.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• A strong drive, passion for learning, and an undeniable spark!

• The ability to thrive under pressure and meet weekly publication deadlines.

Added Advantage (Good to Have):

• Knowledge or experience in international recruitment.

Salary Range:

• ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month
