Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Executive based in Delhi, India, responsible for managing and promoting both Narang Buildtech and Aurum Architects. The role focuses on brand building, digital marketing, and lead generation, with a strong emphasis on social media and video-based content.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and executing marketing campaigns for both companies

• Managing and growing Instagram presence, including Reels, videos, and project walkthroughs

• Creating, scripting, and presenting Instagram video content in English for Narang Buildtech and Aurum Architects

• Showcasing architectural, construction, and design projects through engaging visual storytelling

• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities

• Coordinating promotional activities, site visits, and project shoots

• Analyzing marketing performance and optimizing strategies using analytics tools

• Building and maintaining strong client, vendor, and channel partner relationships

• Enhancing overall brand visibility and positioning in the real estate and architecture industry

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Marketing Campaign Execution

• Fluent English communication skills, especially for Instagram videos, presentations, and brand communication

• Strong on-camera confidence for explaining projects, design concepts, and construction details

• Experience in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Advertising Strategies

• Ability to manage Instagram content for two brands with distinct positioning

• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Client Relationship Management skills

• Market Research and Competitive Analysis capabilities

• Strategic planning and creative problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Prior experience in real estate, construction, or architecture is a strong advantage
