Marketing Executive

Designation : Position Title: Market Intelligence Trainee/ Executive

Duration – 6 months – 1 year

West Zone: preferably located in Mumbai

East Zone: preferably located in Kolkata/ Patna

North Zone: preferably located in Delhi

Educational Qualification: BBA/ B.Com/ B.A/ B.Sc (Any Graduate)

Work Experience: 0-1 Year into Sales or any Fieldwork job. Freshers are also welcome.

Ready to Travel: The job will include up to 70% travel in their respective Zone (West/ East/ North India). Candidate should be ready for up to 70% travel.

Profile Requirement:

Communication & Language: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and the relevant local language (Bengali for Kolkata, Marathi & Gujrati for Mumbai, etc.). Ability to build quick rapport with trade partners (Retailers/Distributors) and influencers (Plumbers).

Field Research Aptitude: Strong listening skills with a keen eye for detail. The candidate must be comfortable conducting structured interviews and executing field surveys with a high degree of accuracy.

Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to observe market trends and competitor activities on the ground and report them effectively to the Market Intelligence team.

Mobility & Resilience: Must be highly energetic and willing to travel up to 70% of the time. Travel will be for the entire zone the candidate is recruited for. Candidate recruited for Mumbai will look for entire Western India, Candidate in Kolkata will look after entire East India & the one at Delhi will look after entire North India. Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.

Experience: While freshers are welcome, a background in field sales (0-1 Year), frontline marketing, or grassroots market research will be viewed favourably.
