Candidate will be responsible to contact existing and new prospective customers for various services like admissions, awards, agency. Candidate shall be responsible to coordinate with customers shall have cool behavior, command in their regional language and solution provider. Candidate will be responsible to understand the problems of existing and new customers and assists them to get solutions within the legal frame with the help of seniors. Candidate shall have patience to attend the phone at any time during the day and take action for the solution required. No Prior knowledge of educational admissions is required.
