Marketing Executive (Offline & Outdoor)

Job Title: Hardcore Marketing Executive (Outdoor & Offline) - Online Newspaper 

We are a making a fresh start-up in the online space selling, launching an innovative E- newspaper. We're looking for a passionate and driven Marketing and sales Professional to join our core team and drive our space selling (Advertising) sales candidates with own conveyance (Vehicle) preferred.

About the Role:

This is a time bound bi-weekly e-paper and an opportunity for a marketer who thrives on interaction and excels in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for promoting our online newspaper and selling advertising space to clients, directly contributing to our growth from day one (PAN INDIA).

Key Responsibilities:

• We are NOT looking for Digital Marketing person hence digital Marketing person Please DO NOT APPLY and waste time. This job is completely outdoor and offline marketing and sales (Meeting People from busines in person).

• Promote our online newspaper and sell advertising space to new and existing clients for weekly edition.

• Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships through meetings and presentations.

• Meet and exceed weekly sales targets and weekly publication deadlines.

• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to expand our client base.

• Target and long hours are a part of the job.

Who We Are Looking For (The Must-Haves):

• A fresher or professional with up to 2 years of experience in outdoor/offline service or product sales to work long hours/weekends.

• A true extrovert who loves meeting new people and building networks.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills strong calling skills with good conversion into sales.

• A strong drive, passion for learning, and an undeniable spark & can travel.

• The ability to thrive under pressure and meet weekly publication deadlines.

• Can take full responsibility and accountability for space selling on weekly basis.

• A long-term commitment and the ability to work under pressure are essential. 

Added Advantage (Good to Have):

1. Knowledge or experience in international recruitment.

2.Knowledge of Countries, Capitals, Currency, Time zones.

3.Person residing in Delhi/NCR Preferred.

Salary Range:

• ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 per month + Profit % from day one.
