Marketing Manager

Company overview : We are a leading import and export PU/PVC synthetic leathers, having and over 25 years of industry experience backed by own manufacturing facility. Our products cater to diverse applications including bags, footwear and uphostery.

Key Responsibilties :

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
2. Idendify new business opportunities and build strong relatationships with clients in the bags footwear and upholstery sectors.
3. Idendify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships.
4. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
5. Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
6. Manage branding promotional activities and participation in trade fairs/exhibitions.
7. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
8. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to aligns sales initiatives with overall business goals.
9. Provide training, guidance and motivation to sales executives and representatives.

Candidate Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 5 to 7 year in marketing/sales, preferably in synthetic leather or related industries.

Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of PU/PVC synthetic leather applications and market dynamics.

Edcuation : Graduation
