Sales & Marketing Manager – Fan Blades & Castor Wheels

Location: Delhi NCR (Head office in Bathinda, Punjab)

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in Sales & Marketing

Domain: Appliances, Supply Chain, Furniture, Medical

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Fixed) + Annual Performance Bonus

Age Requirement: 30+ years

Role Overview:

Indotech Engineering Products, India’s leading manufacturer of metal fan blades and Castor Wheels, is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to expand its market presence for Fan Blades and Castor Wheels. The selected candidate will be based in Delhi NCR and will spearhead business development, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships in India as well globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the industry.

• Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and large customers.
• Promote Indotech’s products (fan blades, motors and Castor Wheels) by highlighting their precision engineering and energy efficiency.
• Conduct market research to track competitors, pricing, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with the senior management team to set sales targets and achieve business goals.
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with long-term clients.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences.
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of experience in sales & marketing within the industry.

• Proven track record of business development and client management.
• Strong industry network with OEMs and distributors in the cooler industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with company objectives.
