Marketing Officer

JD FOR Marketing Officer

·       Strategy and Planning:

o  Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to drive growth.

o  Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

o  Set and achieve marketing and sales targets.

·       Relationship Management:

o  Build and maintain strong relationships with IVF doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other referral partners.

o  Educate stakeholders on the center's services and unique selling propositions (USPs).

o  Develop a referral network to generate patient leads.

·       Campaigns and Events:

o  Organize and execute offline marketing campaigns, including field visits, promotional events, and awareness drives.

o  Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns.

o  Organize meetings, CMEs, and camps with doctors and partner clinics.

·       Lead Generation and Outreach:

o  Actively engage with potential patients to understand their needs.

o  Generate leads and guide patients toward treatment.

o  Conduct inbound and outbound calls and emails for marketing purposes.

·       Reporting and Analysis:

o  Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.

o  Analyze market data and consumer behavior.

o  Prepare sales reports and marketing analytics. 

Qualifications and skills

·       Proven track record in strategic planning, marketing, and business development, with a strong understanding of the IVF/fertility sector.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently and handle field activities.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
