Job Description

We are hiring Membership Executives (MEM) to sell holiday and vacation memberships to customers. The role involves customer interaction, sales presentations, closing deals, and upselling premium membership plans.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSell holiday / vacation memberships to new customers
• Explain membership plans, pricing, tenure, and benefits
• Conduct sales presentations and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Upsell higher-value plans and add-on benefits
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Required SkillsDirect sales or field sales experience
• Good communication skills (English + local language)
• Confident, presentable, and well-groomed
• Experience in self lead generation
• Ability to work under targets and pressure

Salary₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
