Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

Handle buyer communication (domestic/export).

Understand buyer requirements (specs, fabric, trims, samples).

Coordinate with sampling, production, quality, and dispatch teams.

Follow up on order status from development to shipment.

Prepare TNA (Time & Action Calendar) and ensure adherence.

Costing and price negotiation with buyers.

Sourcing fabrics and trims as per buyer requirements.

Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain order documentation and reports.

Resolve production or quality issues in coordination with concerned departments.

Ensure compliance with company and buyer standards.
