Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Merchandiser who will be responsible for managing sourcing, vendor coordination, costing, and buyer communication. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of fabric orders and maintaining the high-quality standards associated with Rangarsons.

Key Responsibilities 

·         Manage the end-to-end merchandising process for hard goods (furniture items) from sourcing to delivery.

·         Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and vendors for timely approvals and shipments.

·         Negotiate costing, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve competitive margins.

·         Prepare and manage purchase orders, follow up on production, and ensure timely execution.

·         Conduct quality checks and ensure all buyer specifications are met.

·         Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers, vendors, and buyers.

·         Prepare reports and documentation related to orders, costing, and production status.

Desired Candidate Profile 

·         2–6 years of proven experience as a Merchandiser.

·         Strong knowledge of furniture , textile sourcing, and costing.

·         Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

·         Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.

·         Ability to handle multiple orders, timelines, and buyers simultaneously.

·         Immediate joiner preferred.
