Merchandiser

Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented Merchandiser to join our team! As a Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for managing the production and delivery of customised T-shirts for our clients. You'll work closely with our design, production, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire order lifecycle, from receipt to delivery

- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions

- Work with design team to create and finalize designs

- Plan and execute production schedules

- Ensure quality control and timely delivery

- Handle client queries and provide excellent customer service

- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock
